About Me

  • I have a strong passion for working with couples and helping them navigate relationship challenges. With over 15 years of experience in clinical social work and 11 years as a licensed professional, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in strengthening their communication, deepening emotional connections, and overcoming conflict.

    My background includes over 21 years of experience in social services, including working with at-risk and underprivileged populations. I also spent nine years working with the Department of Corrections, where I gained valuable insight into trauma, stress management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and their impact on relationships. I particularly enjoy working with couples and families, helping them develop healthier relational dynamics.

    I take a multidimensional approach to therapy, considering each individual’s background, emotional needs, and personal values. My goal is to support those I work with in healing from past wounds, building self-esteem, improving communication, and achieving their relationship and personal goals. For those who seek faith-based guidance, I also offer Christian counseling rooted in biblical principles upon request.
