Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #53716

About Me

  • I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping couples strengthen their relationships. I utilize the Gottman Method, a research-based approach designed to enhance communication, resolve conflict, and build lasting intimacy. My goal is to help couples not only repair but thrive in their connection. Alongside this, I incorporate a person-centered approach with mindfulness techniques, ensuring that I am fully present in our sessions. This creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your concerns and working toward growth.

In addition to couples therapy, I work with individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression. I understand that reaching out for guidance isn’t always easy, and I’m here to provide a compassionate and effective approach to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
